What's the request limit?

For Free Plan we allow 50 request per day.

For Pro Plan we allow 10000 request per day.

Do I get an API key?

You can only create up to 1 API key for Free plan, and for Pro plan 5 ApiKey.

What SLA do you offer?

We are committed to a service level of 99.9% API monthly uptime, with a response time of under 500ms in most parts of the world and under 100ms in Nigeria. If the general API uptime falls below 99.9% in a month, we will automatically extend your subscription for 10 days.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can stop renewing your subscription and it will automatically expire. We do not bill automatically, nor do we store your payment details.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept payments through Paystack, which allows you to pay using various options, including debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.
